Cancellations & Returns Policy
At Vapra Composting, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please read our return and cancellation policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns & Replacements
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must provide an unboxing video as proof to be eligible for a return or replacement.
- We will process replacements within 7-10 days, depending on stock availability.
- If the product is unavailable, we will offer an alternative or issue a refund.
- The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
Cancellations
- Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Once the order is shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
- Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 5-7 working days.

The following shall not be eligible for return or replacement:
- Damages due to misuse of the product.
- Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product.
- Any accessory item which has been used or installed.
- Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
- Any product that is returned without the original invoice copy.
