Cancellations & Returns Policy

At Vapra Composting, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please read our return and cancellation policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns & Replacements

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must provide an unboxing video as proof to be eligible for a return or replacement.
  • We will process replacements within 7-10 days, depending on stock availability.
  • If the product is unavailable, we will offer an alternative or issue a refund.
  • The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
  • If you share the OTP and cancel the product at the time of delivery, we will not refund the full amount. The delivery charges or any deduction incurred by the delivery partner will be deducted, and only the remaining amount will be refunded.

Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
  • Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 5-7 working days.

The following shall not be eligible for return or replacement:

  • Damages due to misuse of the product.
  • Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product.
  • Any accessory item which has been used or installed.
  • Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
  • Any product that is returned without the original invoice copy.
